university and in the community.
Sign Up To Volunteer in the Garden this Fall!
Come and volunteer in the Sustainable Carolina Garden during one of our weekly shifts
this Fall! Fall 2025 Garden Volunteer Shifts begin the week of September 3 (after
Labor Day) and run through December 5. No experience necessary! Preregistration is required.
For planning purposes we request that volunteers preregister for garden shifts. The number of volunteers per shift is capped at 10 individuals. For volunteer opportunities
for larger groups or at alternative times please contact the Sustainable Carolina Garden Manager .

The Office of Sustainability is assisting in the beneficial salvage operation of the
historic bricks recovered from the building formerly at 900 Main St. (Hunter Gatherer).
This month, volunteer to help remove mortar and stack the bricks for future use. Conway Architectural Salvage and Heritage Project is facilitating the conservation of these building materials.
